Born in Paraguay, South America. Raised (mostly) in New York. Chloé is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where she studied Advertising & Marketing Communications with a dual minor in Latin American Studies & Psychology.

As a New York native, Chloé knows that change is the only constant, which informs the way that she thinks, cultivates talent and works with brands. With over a decade of experience in partnerships, marketing strategy and content development, she’s worked with best-in-class Fortune 100, 500 and Fortune 1000 brands to build and execute impactful marketing programs.

She currently provides consultative services and marketing communications guidance for mission-driven companies. She is passionate about working with mission-based companies where impact, people and innovation intersect. Aligning her skills and expertise with organizations that prioritize social good and education allows her to contribute to something larger than herself while guiding, supporting and elevating meaningful, value-driven work.

Prior to April 2024, she was Senior Director, Head of B2B and Sales Marketing at Teads. She held an Interim, Vice President, Head of Marketing at POM Safe, a series a tech startup founded to connect individuals with emergency help when they need it most. While at Meta Platforms Inc., (formerly Facebook), she worked as a Lead in the Global Business Marketing organization, she led the go-to-market strategy for the leading revenue generating verticals developing strategic narratives, participating in speaking engagements and publishing thought leadership on Meta for Business, Adweek, and Harvard Business Review. Previously at Great Big Story, a CNN and WarnerMedia company she led a Creative Partnerships & Brand Strategy team and was responsible for setting the strategic vision and creative direction providing guidance and expertise for how cross-functional teams work with brands across sponsored editorial and branded content campaigns.

Chloé’s work has received two prestigious Webby nominations for her work with Google’s Waze and Showtime. She is an appointed mentor for a Marketing, Advertising & Communications industry organization called She Runs It. She is a former Adweek Rising Mentee, a program which connects marketers with senior-level executives to empower the next generation of diverse talent.

community impact & volunteerism

Chloé sits on the Alumni Advisory Council for her Alma Mater, the Fashion Institute of Technology. In addition, she sits on the Advisory Board for Evident Media, a non-profit newsroom focused on documentary journalism for the public good. She is on the Junior Board and serves as a mentor for First Tech Fund, supporting at risk New York City youth supporting her mentee(s) with their high school to college application journey.

She is member of Central Park Conservancy’s Women’s Committee, a community of philanthropists with a passion for preserving and enhancing Central Park. In her spare time, she’s an avid traveler, a theatre afficiando, a scuba diver, and dreams of one day owning a Golden Doodle. She lives in New York City with her husband.
