In 2017 and beyond, Google’s Waze product collects data from millions of people around the world and wanted to showcase this in a clever and unique way. In order to visualize and highlight the driving patterns outlining the surprising and unique patterns, we created a data-driven retrospective leveraging data from Waze members in 2017. In an interactive, informative quiz, T Brand Studio complemented the findings with illustrations and engaging text to showcase the findings global driving patterns in 2017.
The Answer
In this branded content piece, I ideated with a team of Editors to create a dynamic experience that told an interactive and informative narrative leveraging Google’s 1st party data of Waze user’s driving patterns. In this interactive quiz, Google and T Brand Studio went on to win a Webby award for the best branded editorial experience.
